Great food and hospitable crew. We would definitely recommend it even though you don't drink. The fish and chips were the best I've had and my wife's fried chicken plate she said was amazing. We'll be back when we come to Denver.

What a nice spot! The service is excellent and the atmosphere is nicely lit and the tables are far away enough for some privacy. The Happy Hoir is where its at! Nice big HH menu with many options. I think the 2 of us will make it our of here with full bellies and 2 drinks for under $50 with tip! The menu is legit too with some seasonal items. Things are homemade. The blue cheese under the tempura buffalo cauliflower creamy mild and delightfu! Pro Spicy Tip: Ask for their hot sauce. It's a fresh green chilie salsa, not super hot but tasty!

Amazing brewery to have in your neighborhood. The service is immaculate. The food is incredible and the ambience is top-notch briar common is definitely one of a kind and a neighborhood gem. Your dogs are welcome in the patio area and you can order at the window outside. It's an amazing people watching area as it sits on a corner in a pretty high traffic area of the neighborhood just across the street from Jefferson Park. They have incredible beers on tap and the coolest staff you'll meet in this neighborhood. I typically order the cauliflower wings, which will blow you away because they're absolutely amazing And Patrick takes care of me every time I'm there. He's a five star guy delivering five star service in a five star establishment. I wish the happy hours were longer.I love briar common get ready because you'll see lots more of me.

We came for dinner with a group of 5 during a Sunday night football game. Although they were busy, we were able to get a seat inside right away. Our waitress was super attentive and friendly throughout our meal. We ordered beers which we all enjoyed. For food, we ordered burgers and fish and chips. The food came out pretty quickly and we were impressed with the portion sizes. Our burgers were cooked just as we liked and the fish and chips were so hot and crispy. We really loved all the food and atmosphere and would definitely come back!

My husband and I came for happy hour, and it was an amazing deal! They had a burger and beer combo for $15, a half order of buffalo cauliflower, the chicken schwarma, wine.... It had a great variety of items on it. We didn't care for either the red or the white wine, but the Fellowship of Lupulin was fabulous- like an orange juice mixed with beer, but at 10% abv. I could imagine it at brunch or breakfast and fitting right in. The two of us could barely finish the buffalo cauliflower, it was such a big order, but we really tried, it was so good. It was very spicy, but totally worth it. Loved the melted blue cheese dressing underneath, and our server brought us extra dressing with no issue. The burger was stellar as well, simple with thousand island dressing but so flavorful. While I liked the chicken schwarma, I think I might try the slider trio next time. The schwarma was flavorful, with a house made tzaiki and fresh cucumber and onion. A little messy and difficult to eat, but worth the trouble. The only thing we weren't impressed by was the house made chips- they were ok but not our favorite. Loved the stamped tin ceiling, the service was great, and I absolutely plan to be back to try more items on the happy hour menu.

The outdoor patio downstairs was great to meet up with friends and was dog friendly. I enjoyed the Cool as a Cucumber cocktail and a beer with my steak frites which was delicious! The Cajun fries had some good spice to it without being too spicy, and the steak was cooked medium rare and tasty! The staff were super helpful when we needed to change tables to accommodate the dogs!

I love this little gem of a place- it has great food, a variety of drinks (incl a lot of n/a options), a rooftop with lovely views, and some pretty great happy hour deals. It's sorta out here on its own but it's a great reason to walk to the park next door and take in some sunset views. And Lars and Sarah were so kind and funny... tbh it's a great spot for so many reasons

This is now one of my favorite spots to stop in with a friend! The service is great even during busy times, the bartenders make killer drinks, and the food comes in large portions. For drinks we tried the spiced pear martini. I was worried it would be too sweet and was skeptical about the vanilla in it. It was GREAT. Super refreshing and could have more than one. I also had a dirty martini with one of the local vodkas they had available which was also so good. The Southwest salad is a huge portion, filled with toppings, and a perfect lunch for me. My brother got the briar Mac and cheese and let's just say his plate was empty in about two minutes! I really love the atmosphere of this spot. It's fun, interesting, and I've heard amazing things about their rooftop! Can't wait to come back!
